Today is Mercedes day - the Mercedes AMG Petronas W08 was unveiled at Silverstone today and shortly afterwards Lewis Hamilton took the car out for a few laps. This is the car that Lewis Hamilton called "a boat" before he had a chance to drive it.
Most notable to us is that what we saw today did not feature the shark fin that we saw on the Sauber, Renault, and Force India earlier this week. However, word is that Mercedes may add the fin to the car before the start of the season.
